The Grand Tasting will be on Saturday, May 16 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. This event celebrates scholarship, food, wine and music. Guests will have the opportunity to sample wines from around the world, while enjoying food prepared by the student culinary team from the Fritz Knoebel School of Hospitality Management at the University of Denver and culinary specialties from local restaurants from around the Denver community. Three seminars, including a champagne tasting and a local food enthusiast panel, are included in the ticket price and will run throughout the afternoon. To complete the setting, music will be provided by alumni of DU’s Lamont School of Music. The Grand Tasting is a wonderful opportunity to experience superb wineries and support a top-ranked Hospitality Management program.
